Leonard founded New Zealand Quality Petfoods with a vision to build a modern, innovative and customer-focused manufacturing business. With more than 10 years of food-technology experience, he leads process development, innovation and commercialisation.
Peter Hamilton
Plant Manager
Peter brings more than 25 years of pet-food manufacturing and operational experience from Nestlé Purina and previously served as General Manager at Ziwi Peak. He leads plant operations, commissioning and continuous improvement.
Richard Cutfield
Chair and Strategic Adviser | Chartered Accountant
Richard has more than 20 years of experience in private equity, investment and business governance. He began his career at Deloitte and provides NZQP with independent governance, strategic oversight and long-term commercial guidance.
